AA Report – 2010/2011 Just got back from a 2 night stay & couldn't fault anything about the Cleveland. Tina & Mike are superb hosts. A lot of forethought has gone into the facilities provided - even the smallest of items - so guests' needs have been well thought out & catered for. Everything was exactly as described in the particulars, so no worries about that. Cleveland is situated on a quiet cul de sac and only approx 5 minutes from the Cobb harbour wall.
A real find & highly recommended.

Delightfully positioned just a short stroll to the main High Street and five minutes’ walk to sea, this relaxing bed & breakfast offers a range of welcome extras including the benefit of off street car parking. Bedrooms and bathrooms have been recently completed to modern, stylish standards as has the comfortable breakfast room where a range of carefully chosen produce is available.

Although having visited Lyme Regis on many occasions, this was our first stay at the Cleveland. From my initial contact with Tina I have found her and Mike to be the perfect hosts, always willing to offer help and advice to enhance our stay. Our room was spotlessly clean throughout and their attention to detail is amazing. The breakfasts too are also something to savour. An added bonus at the Cleveland is the off-road parking, which in Lyme is at a premium. To me the Cleveland is a jewel in the crown that is beautiful Lyme Regis.

We booked Cleveland after visiting the website and reading all the reviews. It didn't disappoint. Tina and Mike are the perfect hosts - friendly and attentive, whilst not being intrusive. The B&B is immaculate and comfortable, with a good choice of fresh seasonal food to suit all tastes for breakfast. Great tea and coffee too! The location is perfect and is just a leisurely stroll into Lyme Regis and local amenities - with convenient off road parking. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cleveland - and would certainly stay there again!

We have just spent 4 nights at Cleveland and we cannot praise it highly enough.
The room was lovely - had every thing you could wish for and was spotless.
The breakfast is wonderful.
Mike and Tina are very very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome.
Cleveland has it's own parking which is very useful in Lyme Regis. It is near to the shops and the park, through which you can take a shortcut to the beach.
Can't wait to return.

We had a fantastic stay at the Cleveland. It has a real 'home from home' feeling and we were so well looked after. It is clean, modern and has off-road parking which is a real bonus in the town centre. Such a peaceful location yet minutes from all attractions and amenities.

Home from Home - delightful!”

We stayed here for two nights in July. Location great - five minutes walk to the town and all its attractions, off road parking was a bonus, as Lyme is not the easiest place to park! Accommodation was tasteful and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in a B&B ( even beats some of the hotels we have stayed in) and Tina and Mike are great - nothing is too much trouble. A perfect place to stay in a beautiful part of the country.

Cleveland is very well placed for the town and a short walk to the Cobb, through the park is nicest, and has its own off raod parking, unusual for Lyme Regis. The guest rooms were apparently added last year and our double ensuite was spotless. Our hosts, Mike and Tina, could not do enough for us and even though we were only staying one night, were treated like royalty. We love Lyme and now we have found this wonderful place to stay, will be back for sure, and hopefully for longer.
