(3 nights over Bank Holiday weekends)

Supplement charged for bookings of 1 night, subject to availability

Single occupancy £5.00 reduction

Cleveland is a non-smoking establishment.

Rooms are available from 1 p.m., and we ask for your

anticipated arrival time, and contact mobile telephone number

prior to your arrival.

Private, off-road parking for our guests literally outside the door.

We are open throughout 2012 including

February and March 2012.

A non-refundable deposit of 1 night’s room rate,

payable by cheque or BACS will secure the booking.

Provisional bookings held for 4 days.

For our overseas guests, credit card deposits can be made via our

PayPal account for an additional 3.5% fee.

(You do not need a PayPal account to use this facility)

Check out time is 10.00 a.m.

On the day of your departure, you are welcome to leave your car while you enjoy a morning's stroll around Lyme Regis, but we ask that cars are moved from the parking area by 11.30 am to allow for the cars of guests checking in.

Public Parking at Holmbush Car Park, just 100 yards away,

only £1.70 for the day.

Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be liable for the full cost of the booking unless the room can be re-let.

Cancellation insurance is relatively inexpensive and we can let you have details on request.
