Room 1 with sea view from £85.00 per room per night for 2 people.
Room 2 with courtyard view from £80.00 per room per night for 2 people.
Please Note - These rates are based on a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Supplement charged for bookings of 1 night, subject to availability.
Single occupancy reduction.
Cash, cheques and euros accepted.

Cleveland is a non-smoking establishment.
Rooms are available from midday, with arrival time by arrangement.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booking
or 1 night’s room rate, whichever is the greater,

On the day of your departure, you are welcome to leave your car while you enjoy a morning's stroll around Lyme Regis, but we ask that cars are moved from the parking area by 11.30 am to allow for the cars of guests checking in.
Public Parking at Holmbush Car Park, just 100 yards away,
only £1.00 for the day.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be liable for the full cost of the booking unless the room can be re-let.
Cancellation insurance is relatively inexpensive and we can let you have details on request.
